Picking
We will pick products in a timely and precise manner. Our in-house developed software not only enables us to optimise our routes for rapid selecting but also includes a number of safeguards to guarantee that our picks are always accurate.
Packing
We’ll select your desired packaging, or choose the most cost-effective option if you’d prefer. Custom packaging is also available as an option and can be discussed with your account manager.
Shipping
We'll dispatch your items using the most economical method possible by utilising our large network of courier partners. You'll also be eligible for cheaper shipping costs thanks to the volume of packages we ship each day.
Returns Management
If any one of your customers want to return an item, we will take care of that too! We will verify the authenticity of the returned items, process the refunds on your behalf, and promptly replace the items on the shelf.
