The Decision to Go Carbon Neutral from the Start The alarming statistics about climate change and global warming made it clear that immediate action was needed. According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), we need to reduce global CO2 emissions by 45% by 2030 to limit global warming to 1.5°C. This challenge inspired us to build our operations with sustainability in mind right from the beginning.

Becoming Carbon Neutral: A Core Commitment Achieving carbon neutrality required a multi-faceted approach. We started by designing our processes and facilities to minimize energy consumption and utilize renewable energy sources. We also focused on optimizing our logistics processes to reduce emissions further. Finally, we offset our remaining emissions by investing in verified carbon offset projects, ensuring that our net impact on the environment is zero.

Planting Trees: An Incentive Scheme Rooted in Love To reinforce our commitment to the environment, we introduced an incentive scheme that plants one tree for every 200 orders packed. This initiative not only offsets carbon emissions but also supports reforestation efforts and creates habitat for wildlife.
