Goods in
Send your inventory to the fulfilment centre that we maintain in the United Kingdom. Your items will be inspected, weighed, measured, and photographed before having their tracking information entered into our inventory management programme.

Warehousing
When we are certain that the goods have passed our stringent inspections , we put them in storage that is spotless, secure, and suitable. We assign the storage space that is most appropriate and economical for each individual item, and you will only ever be charged for the space that you really use.

Picking and packing
Our employees will be prepared to put together any order that is placed through any of your channels as soon as that order is placed. We combine cutting-edge technology with teams of highly trained fulfilment specialists to ensure that 99.9% of orders are picked and packed accurately, and 98% of orders are shipped the same day.

Shipping
Using our extensive network of carrier partners, we will deliver your orders precisely to where they need to be, no matter where in the world you are located. Because of the high amount of orders that we process each day, we will provide you with a generous discount that increases in proportion to the growth of your sales.

Returns
If for some reason your customers change their minds about a purchase, they will send the item back to us so that we can process it. After determining whether or not they are legitimate, issuing refunds if necessary, and assessing any damage, we will immediately place it back into storage so that it can be given a new home.
